Is What We're About:
Memphis City Schools is looking for educators ready to make a
positive impact on student achievement. Our District believes that all students
can learn and that teacher effectiveness is the single biggest factor
influencing gains in achievement. Teacher effectiveness is an influence bigger
than race, poverty, parent’s education, or any of the other factors that are
often thought as causes of student failure. |
