We are a district of under 6,000 students. We have 7 neighborhood elementary schools, a 6^th/7^th grade center, an 8^th grade center and the high school is 9^th-12^th grades.  Each elementary school has an all day 4 year old class and all day kindergarten classes.

Our community has a focus on fine arts including the visual arts, theatre and music.  We are home of a large ConocoPhillips refinery. There is never a traffic jam in Ponca City, OK.  We are not a suburb but Wichita, KS; Tulsa, OK; and Oklahoma City, OK are within an 1 ½ hour drive from anywhere in Ponca City.  We have two lakes for recreation.
